The Founder

Whilst Forrest Gump and the movie Titanic were hitting the headlines in the early 90's, John Glover, founder of Pendragon was arriving from England. He, like many migrants to Australia, was faced with a maze of complexity in understanding the various rules and regulations surrounding migration, tax, employment law and Superannuation. Most recently, John is now faced with the complexities of GST (Goods & Services Tax), FBT (Fringe Benefits Tax) and BAS (Business Activity Statement).

Having successfully negotiated his way through the maze, John decided to establish Pendragon, providing a service to businesses and contractors, removing the burden of compliance and simplified the process of employing and being employed.

The business has been in operation since 1998 and considers many blue-chip Australian companies among its clientele – clients who recognise the legacy of the Arthurian legend in Pendragon's honesty and integrity of service.

Now a proud Australian, John is determined to embody the values of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table throughout Pendragon's people's management services.
