If you have worked for us for two or more years you may be eligible for Permanent Residency under the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS).
You may also be eligible if you have worked for us for one year and also worked within Australia for a total of two years in your 457 skill. This is where we choose to sponsor you for permanent residency, there are no skills or points criteria to be met; this is an excellent way to gain Permanent Residency if you do not make the points or may struggle on a skills assessment.
