Under Neil’s Customer-centric leadership, Entity Solutions achieved a remarkable growth rate over five years before its 2020 acquisition by People2.0.
Peter, CPA qualified and member of Chartered Accounts AU and NZ since 1990, has extensive knowledge of commercial, finance & accounting, working for companies within Aust, NZ, Asia, UK & Middle East. Peter was responsible for the finance function of Entity Solutions Group and its subsidiaries.
His focus at Pendragon includes; leadership, stakeholder management, strategic financial advice, acquisition and investment support, strategic financial planning and budgeting, financial and statutory reporting and system and process improvement.
Jonathan Knowles, as the former CTO and Global Service Delivery Director at Entity Solutions, brought a wealth of experience to the table.
Combining in-depth knowledge of Entity Solutions' services and clientele with a strong background in IT management, he harnessed advanced technology to enhance the customer experience and streamline service costs.
Furthermore, as one of the co-founders of Entity Solutions, established in 1998, Jonathan boasts a background rooted in the realms of Recruitment and Consulting firms.
Sally Clifton (formally Head of Marketing and Experience Entity Solutions) has over 20 years of experience leading marketing teams and championing Enterprise Customer Experience programs.
Her forte lies in shaping marketing strategies that revolve around elevating the customer journey, specifically tailored to the dynamic contingent workforce arena.
At Pendragon, Sally's leadership extended across the Marketing and Customer Development divisions. Her role is pivotal in driving brand enhancement, capitalising on her customer-centric expertise to guarantee that every interaction with Pendragon goes above and beyond customer expectations.
