Peter, FCA CA qualified and member of Chartered Accounts AU and NZ since 1990, has extensive knowledge of commercial, finance & accounting, working for companies within Aust, NZ, Asia, UK & Middle East.

Peter, CPA qualified and member of Chartered Accounts AU and NZ since 1990, has extensive knowledge of commercial, finance & accounting, working for companies within Aust, NZ, Asia, UK & Middle East. Peter was responsible for the finance function of Entity Solutions Group and its subsidiaries.

His focus at Pendragon includes; leadership, stakeholder management, strategic financial advice, acquisition and investment support, strategic financial planning and budgeting, financial and statutory reporting and system and process improvement.

Jonathan Knowles, as the former CTO and Global Service Delivery Director at Entity Solutions, brought a wealth of experience to the table.
