Pendragon is committed to our continued support of the following charities for 2022…

By 11 January 2022No Comments

During these strange times, Pendragon pledged in 2022 to continue to help and support local charities.

The Koala Hospital is an activity of Koala Conservation Australia and Carbon Positive Australia (earlier known as Carbon Neutral Charitable Fund), even more so in these uncertain times, These two worthy charities need our ongoing support.

Our mission is to protect Koalas, their food sources, and their homes before they are gone forever and to address the issue of their national decline; we will continue to support The Koala Hospital. Carbon Positive Australia is another great organisation working hard to stop the destruction of endangered habitats by planting trees to support local wildlife. By supporting these two charities we feel we are assisting both the climate in general, the eco system of Australia, plus helping build back habitats for the local animal life…

We are happy to update you on this pledge of ours! We feel proud to say that we have purchased to date last year over 500 trees and we have sponsored 10 Koalas ready to be rescued.

Since 2020, Pendragon has purchased and planted 900 trees and sponsored 20 Koalas. We will be planting a native tree on behalf of every new lead we can assist, and we will continue to support the Koala Hospital… donate funds to save Koalas. In this way, we will not only help the Koalas and their food source that was devastated by the 2019 bush fires but also do our bit in helping the planet breathe by planting trees and hopefully helping to save our beautiful world.

Because in the end, it’s up to us to ensure future generations get to see these iconic Aussie animals in the wild and they and we can breathe in the fresh air together…

“Earth, our home planetis a world unlike any other. The third planet from the sun, Earth is the only place in the known universe confirmed to host life. With a radius of 3,959 miles, Earth is the fifth largest planet in our solar system, and it’s the only one known for sure to have liquid water on its surface.”
